Fruitpure red grapes and Amaretto ice cream

Cooking time: 6 minutes
1 / 3 cup (40 g) sugar
¼ cup (65 mL) water
¼ cup (65 mL) honey
3/4 tablespoon (11 mL) Amaretto or other almond liqueur
1 tablespoon (15 mL) lemon juice
1 ½ cups (375 mL) cantaloupe balls
1 tub (320 g) Fruitpure red grapes
Slivered almonds, toasted
For the syrup, combine sugar, water and honey in a small saucepan and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes.
Let cool 30 minutes.
Add the Amaretto and lemon juice.
Place fruits in large bowl.
Pour syrup over fruit.
Cover and let cool to room temperature for 1.5 to 2 hours.
Serve in decorative ice cream bowls.
Sprinkle with slivered almonds, toasted.
