Tomapure grape tomatoes gazpacho

2 tubs (640 g) Tomapure grape tomatoes
1 red pepper, diced
1 cucumber, unpeeled, diced
1 cup (120 mL) fresh bread crumbs
2 garlic cloves (1 ½ teaspoon of garlic from a jar)
1 French shallot
2 tablespoons (30 mL) of sherry vinegar
A trickle of olive oil
2 drops of Tabasco sauce
Salt, to taste
In a blender or food processor, puree the tomatoes, pepper and cucumber.
Add the breadcrumbs, garlic, shallot, vinegar, olive oil and Tabasco sauce.
Season with salt and let stand in a cool place for 1 hour.
Serve very cold.
